Chinook Force - RAF Odiham
Over the past few weeks, Chinook Force has been busy supporting operations, training, engagement activities and the wider RAF community:
Cadet Flying – Provided Air Cadets with valuable experiences and insight into military aviation.
Chinook Role Demonstrations – Displayed the aircraft's operational capability at numerous air shows across the country.
German Air Force CH-53 Visit – Hosted a Sikorsky CH-53 and crew during an overnight stop on their European transit.
Exercise Greyhound Thunder – Trained to operate against modern threats in a challenging and contested environment.
27 Squadron – Formally appointed as NATO's Special Operations Air Task Unit, strengthening support to allied.
